Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 October 2026These Terms govern your use of Parchi. Please read them before you use the app or purchase Parchi Plus. By using Parchi, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are and acceptance
Parchi is a GST billing and inventory application, part of the Daily Hisaab family, operated by ASL Digital Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in India (“Parchi”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using Parchi at parchi.dailyhisaab.com, you (“you”, “the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Parchi helps a small business create GST and non-GST invoices, credit notes and quotations, manage customers, vendors, products and stock, record payments and purchases, print documents, and produce GST reports. Parchi is device-first: your books are stored in your browser on your device and the app works offline. Cloud backup is an optional feature (see Plans). Parchi keeps one set of books for one business.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract, and you must be authorised to maintain the books of the business you use Parchi for. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Your account
Some features (cloud backup, starting fresh books, restoring a backup) require you to create an account and sign in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at parchi@dailyhisaab.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Plans and pricing
- Parchi Counter — free. Every billing, inventory and reporting feature on a single device, with unlimited invoices, items and customers, and file backup you control. No ads, ever.
- Parchi Plus — ₹599 per year, exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (currently 18%) is added at checkout, so the amount payable is ₹706.82 per year at current rates. Plus adds automatic cloud backup on every save, daily snapshots, multi-device access to the same books, and priority support.
Parchi Plus is a one-year plan that you renew manually — there is no automatic recurring charge and no stored mandate. When a year ends, your Plus features simply lapse until you choose to purchase another year. Your books remain on your device regardless of plan. We may change prices or plan features; changes apply to new purchases and renewals, never retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
6. Payments
Payments for Parchi Plus are collected and processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment partner. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials. A tax invoice / receipt is issued for each successful purchase. If a payment is debited but your Plus entitlement is not activated, contact us and we will resolve it or refund it.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Because Parchi Plus does not auto-renew, “cancellation” simply means not buying another year. First-time Plus purchases are covered by a 7-day refund window. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Parchi for any unlawful purpose, including issuing false or fraudulent invoices;
- attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security of the service or other users' data;
- copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the app except as permitted by law;
- misuse the service in a way that harms its availability for others or abuses provider quotas.
9. Your data and backups
Your books are yours. You retain all rights to the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backups — download a backup file regularly, and enable cloud backup if you want an automatic offsite copy. We are a tool that records and prints what you enter; we are not your accountant.
10. GST and compliance disclaimer
Parchi helps you produce GST documents and reports based on the information you enter, including the place-of-supply tax split and GSTR-1 exports. Parchi is not tax, legal or accounting advice. You and your chartered accountant remain solely responsible for the correctness of your tax positions, your GST registration and rates, and for filing your returns with the authorities. Always verify figures before filing.
11. Service availability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Billing, stock and printing are designed to work offline on your device; cloud backup, sign-in and payments depend on third-party services and the internet, which may be interrupted or unavailable at times. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss, which is why Parchi gives you a backup file you can hold.
12. Intellectual property
The Parchi app, its design, the “Parchi” and “Daily Hisaab” names and marks, and all related software are owned by ASL Digital Solutions and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your business while you comply with these Terms. This does not transfer any ownership to you.
13. Third-party services
Parchi relies on third-party services — Razorpay for payments and Google Firebase for authentication, hosting and backup storage — each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASL Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Parchi. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Parchi Plus in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ASL Digital Solutions harmless from any claim, loss or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Parchi at any time and delete your books and account. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, misuses the service, or is required to be suspended by law. On termination, you may still download a backup of your data where it is technically available to you.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the changes are material, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Parchi after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Contact
For any question about these Terms, write to contact@asldigitalsolutions.in (legal) or parchi@dailyhisaab.com (support). Full business details are on our Contact page.
